
After several experiences with leading international firms such as A&O Shearman and Clifford Chance, Flora Drapp joined Laura Millet's law firm to co-found AARPI Millet Drapp Avocats.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law of Aix-en-Provence and the School of Law of Sciences Po Paris, she continued her training with Me Patrice Spinosi and Me Thomas Giaccardi, as well as at the Economic and Financial Center of the Investigation Department of the Paris Judicial Court.
From 2020 to 2021, she served as the Pen of the Minister of Higher Education, Research and Innovation.
Flora Drapp mainly works in litigation and business criminal law, supporting companies and individuals in complex and high-stakes disputes.
Its approach is based on concrete knowledge of the business world, in its legal, economic and operational dimensions, allowing the development of tailor-made strategies specific to each case. Elected Second Secretary of the Lawyers' Internship Conference at the Council of State and the Court of Cassation (class of 2022—23), an institution that awards four candidates each year after a public speaking competition, she has also developed a solid experience in fundamental rights and freedoms.
